Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J4 Series Rotary Servo Motor

The Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J4 Series Rotary Servo Motor offers ultra-low inertia, small capacity, to medium inertia, large capacity motor configurations suited to a range of automated applications including semiconductor manufacturing systems, X-Y tables, robotics, food processing and packaging machines, press machines and more.

Units integrate a standard-issued 22-bit absolute feedback encoder that operates at 4,194,304 pulses per revolution. Thanks to these inbuilt encoders, technicians can configure absolute position detection systems without additional components beyond a battery.

The HG-AK Series has a maximum rated speed of 6000rpm, with 10 to 30W output, a highly compact design built for ultra small capacity requirements, with an IP55 enclosure rating. This motor is designed for us in applications involving assembly, robots, and positioning systems.

The HG-UR Series is a flat type, medium capacity motor with a 2000rpm rated speed, 0.75 to 5kW out range, with an IP65 rated enclosure. This motor's flat motor structure makes it ideal for tighter installation spaces, and can be used with applications including robots, and food processing machines. This series is compatible with the HC-UP product family.

The HG-RR Series has a 3000rpm rated speed, with 1 to 5kW output range, and an IP65 enclosure. This motor is built around ultra-low inertia needs, ideal for high-throughput material handling systems.

The HG-JR Series is a medium to large capacity motor line with 1000 to 3000rpm rated speeds, and 0.5 up to 55kW output, depending on configuration. Enclosure ratings including IP67 and IP44.
