Description

The Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J4 Series 1-Axis Servo Amplifier is a series of electric AC drives with high-speeds and accuracy. Various interfaces are available for advanced motion control, including CC-Link IE TSN, EtherNET/IP, EtherCAT, PROFINET, or SSCNET III/H protocols for seamless integration into existing control systems. MR-J4-A/B-RJ amplifier models are compatible with four-wire type fully closed loop control, and A/B/Z-phase differential output type encoders for motion tracking. These AC servo drives include output ranges from 30W up to 22kW, offering solutions for a wide range of industrial automation applications.

The MELSERVO-J4 Series supports large capacity, high-speed communication up to 1 Gbps, with communication cycles down to 250µs (TM multi-network variants), and a speed frequency response of 2.5kHz. The amplifiers incorporate sophisticated control functions including advanced vibration suppression control II, adaptive filter II, robust filter, and one-touch auto tuning for rapid commissioning and optimized machine performance. Additional intelligent features include drive recorder, machine diagnosis, power monitoring, and lost motion compensation.
