The Universal Robots e-Series Series Collaborative Robot Arm has been designed to expand upon the range of applicable automation solutions offered through the UR Series cobot. This series offers a smaller footprint, whilst still built to handle heavier payloads with farther reach. The geometric structuring and updated joint architecture allows lift speeds comparable to industrial robots. The reduced number of components decreases complexity whilst increasing durability, minimizing failure risk.

The e-Series is built around PolyScope, an intuitive software interface that features advanced algorithms to handle heavier payloads, while maintaining collaborative safety standards. With easy access to essential tools and user-friendly configuration software, the UR Series product line is straightforward to program, deploy, and manage, enabling the automation of complex tasks.

The UR3e variant offers 500mm reach with a 3kg payload in a compact, Ø 128mm footprint. This model is ideal for tight workspaces, such as on bench-tops or within production machinery.

The UR7e variant is designed for payloads up to 7.5kg, with a 850mm reach and Ø 128mm footprint. This model is ideal for precise, meticulous tasks. The UR7e is an upgrade to the UR5e.

The UR12e variants offer a 1300mm reach, the longest of this cobot line, with payloads up to 12.5kg and a Ø 190mm footprint. The extended permissible lift distances, paired with small footprint permits the automation of a greater number of applications in industrial collaborative environments. The UR12e is an upgrade to the UR10e.

The UR16e variants are designed to lift heavier payloads up to 16kg over a 900mm reach distance, whilst maintaining a compact footprint of Ø 190mm. This model is ideal for handling large and heavy workpieces or objects, when space is limited.
