The Aventics H-Controlair Series Pressure Regulator is a heavy-duty, manually operated pressure and air directional control valve designed for precise, repeatable downstream air pressure control. Variants include three- and four-way pressure regulating valves or a combination of pressure regulating and non-regulating three-way valves. Comprehensive actuating element configurations include pedals, levers, rollers, and rotary knobs. The 900 l/min flow rate operates with a max working pressure of 14 bar. Units feature an extended operating temperature range from -40 to 70°C. All pipe connections are made to a pipe bracket from which the H-Controlair valve can be removed without disturbing the circuit’s piping. The diaphragms and seals of these valves are made with oil-resistant synthetic rubber, all steel parts are plated, and all other components are constructed of anodized aluminum or bronze. This thought material design offers excellent corrosion resistance.
