Description
The SICK sensingCam SEC200 Series Image-Based Code Reader is an economic solution for 1D and 2D code identification applications including packing and assembly step stations. The devices are built for reliable operation in demanding industrial environments, with dust ingress and vibration protection up to IP65.
The SEC200 Series consists of two main variants, the first of which is differentiated by a USB interface, with Type-C socket and 5 V supply voltage requirement. The second features an Ethernet interface, with 100 Mbit/s, 100Base-TX transmission, an M12, 4-pin, D-coded connector and 12 to 24 VDC supply voltage requirement. The Ethernet enabled model also features a REST API interface for configuration. Each unit includes an integrated web server.
Paired with an easy mounting process this ensures installation, setup, and adjustment of the SEC200 camera is quick and easy without the need for additional software. Acoustic and visual feedback support the intuitive operating design, automatically detecting and reading codes as items are presented in front of the device, no manual triggering required.
