Description
The Piab B-BL Series Vacuum Suction Cup is a line of cups optimized for handling bakery goods and products. These silicone FCM cups are compliant with FDA (FDA 21 CFR 177.2600), and EU's regulation EU 1935/2004, with a wide operating temperature range. Variant available with transparent material, no addition of pigments, with a low percentage metal additive (Fe) in the rubber to make it detectable.
The B-BL Series is available with male threaded food grade, detectable plastic fittings or acid proof stainless steel fittings. A retainer clip for standard belts used for bread de-panner is an additional fitting option configurable with this product. The low vacuum level needed to collapse bellows reduces risk for damaging delicate products. These cups are not suitable for use with deep vacuum levels. Reinforcement rings of polyamide can be outfitted to provide additional stability.
