The Piab OCF-P Series Vacuum Suction Cup is a friction cup designed specifically with oily surfaces mind, including sheets in metal forming processes. These cups can withstand high shear forces, on average two to four times more than conventional suction cups. The OCF-P Series is suited to handling oblong objects with slightly domed and flat surfaces, such as those encountered with body parts in the automotive industry. The cleated design prevents deformation of sensitive or thin objects. The DURAFLEX material features the elasticity of rubber and wear resistance of polyurethane. This material does not leave any marks on handled objects.
