Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J4 Series Drive Unit

The Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J4 Series Drive Unit is a line of electric AC solutions compatible with high-speed applications. The optional SSCNET III/H protocols with -B variants provide seamless integration into existing control systems. MR-J4-DU-RJ  models are compatible with four-wire type fully closed loop control, and A/B/Z-phase differential output type encoders for motion tracking. These drive units can support output ranges from 9 up to 55kW, and must be configured with a MELSERVO-J4 Series Power Regeneration Converter Unit for operation (MR-CV_K_). The MELSERVO-J4 product family supports large capacity, high-speed communication up to 1 Gbps, with communication cycles down to 0.222ms with SSCNET III/H connection, and a speed frequency response of 2.5kHz (communication cycle depends on the servo system controller specifications and the number of axes connected). The amplifiers incorporate sophisticated control functions including advanced vibration suppression control II, adaptive filter II, robust filter, and one-touch auto tuning for rapid commissioning and optimized machine performance. Additional intelligent features include drive recorder, machine diagnosis, power monitoring, lost motion compensation, as well as a J3 compatibility mode.
