The Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J4 TM-R Low-Profile Series Direct Drive Motor is built around a magnetic synchronous motor, with a space-saving design that eliminates traditional mechanical transmission components. Direct load control paired with servo motor accuracy is compactly packaged with simplified installation via the hollow flanged shaft (table mounting available with TM-RU2M models). The TM-R Low-Profile Series is built to operate at rated speeds of 300rpm, with a maximum of 600rpm. Rated output is from 69 to 283W, with torque from 2.2 to 9Nm(dependent on model.)

The TM-R Low-Profile Series is equipped with a high-resolution absolute feedback encoder, which can deliver up to 4,194,304 pulses per revolution. The 004 variant offers increased torque capability when integrated with a servo amplifier one class higher, extending performance boundaries. This product line is built to handle low-speed, high-torque operations, an ideal solution for applications including index tables, spin-type cleaning systems, as well as rotary axes for polishing systems and material handling robots.
