The Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J5 Series Multi-Axis Servo Amplifier is a a 2- or 3-axis series of electric AC amplifiers with high-speeds and accuracy. Various interfaces are available for advanced motion control, including Ethernet-based CC-Link IE TSN or EtherCAT connection.

The MR-J5W-G supports large capacity, high-speed communication up to 1 Gbps. This model series features a minimum communication cycle of 62.5μs (TSN Class B), up to 500μs (TSN Class A), with a speed frequency response of 3.5kHz. The MR-J5W-B variants support the SSCNET III/H optical network. This amplifier features a minimum communication cycle of ≥ 0.222ms, with a speed frequency response of 3.5kHz.

The MR-J5W Series supports the following servo functionality: advanced vibration suppression control II; adaptive filter II; robust filter; quick tuning; auto tuning; one-touch tuning; tough drive function; drive recorder function; machine diagnosis function including failure prediction; power monitoring function; lost motion compensation function; scale measurement function; super trace control; continuous operation to torque control mode.
