Description
The Aventics HLF-P Series Linear Feeder are designed for the removal of parts from upstream machines, or feed parts to downstream machinery. They can be fitted to individual feeding units or into more complex assembly systems. The feeder operates off of asynchronous oscillation, with a piezo drive horizontally installed between the two oscillating pieces of the unit. The HLF-P Series is designed to work with the PSG1 controller, which is configured to the specific operating parameters of the piezo drive. This series of linear feeders offers a range of advanced functionality, including up to a 240Hz vibration frequency for gentler conveying of fed parts.
