The SICK LFC Series Level Sensor is a capacitive switch that offers flexible, cost-effective point level measurement in fluid media. Using the IO-Link, the sensor can be parameterized for many media. The LFC Series is especially suitable for measurements in containers or for dry-run protection in piping. This level switch is easy to install and is characterized by a compact design and long service life, withstanding process pressures up to 64bar. Thanks to the hygienic design with stainless steel construction, and tolerable process temperatures up to +135°C, it is also suitable for CIP and SIP applications. The LFC can display or blank foam and deposits.
