Description
The SICK GLS6 Series Image-based Code Reader includes a family of compact sensors designed for the localization of automated guided vehicles (AGVs). These products offer accurate and reliable detection of Data Matrix or QR code labels attached to the floor as rasters for AGV orientation and position data transmission. The compact design permits installation in the smallest of AGV models, and the integrated alignment aid makes mounting a simple process. The GLS6 Series offers consistent reads even at high travel speeds, and can localize without issue on contaminated ground. Thanks to the optional adjustable focus or auto focus, this localization solution is well-suited for all ground clearances. The parameter back-up ensures process stability during device replacement.
