The SICK miniTwin Series Safety Light Curtain is designed for hazardous point protection for fingers and hands. The two twin sticks compactly house the symmetrically installed sender and receiver. One of the twin sticks is mounted opposite the other, rotated by 180 degrees. This creates a safe protective field. The miniature design of the miniTwin Series, optional cascading function, as well as the various protective field heights reduce production space and enable small safety distances. This device provides high performance and reliable results with shock and vibration protections. This product family can also operate in ambient temperatures down to –20°C.
