The SICK RS10 Series Contrast Sensor is designed especially for the detection of print marks with low contrast, or processing register marks with various colors, thanks to the individual threshold adjustment feature. The RS10 Series' embedded register control system can handle up to 18 marks. Dual sensors enable detection of double column marks. Installation is quick and efficient via single screw mounting, with fast teach-in for minimal system downtime. Units utilize a 0.8 x 3mm white LED light to provide accurate readings at high speeds.
