The Aventics IS12-PD Series Electric Actuated Directional Valve is an ISO 5599-1 standard valve, with safety function safe venting and protection against unexpected start-up. The monostable variant with spring return ensures a default position in case of power failure. The ST4 electronic sensor is assembled and encapsulated in the valve as well as an electrical connection from A or M12. The dual valve is a safety component in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and permits usage in categories 3 and 4 applications in accordance with ISO 13849-1, to achieve a control system performance level of up to PL e.
