The Aventics GE-25-P Series Electric Gripper allows for gripping and handling of small and medium-sized workpieces using adjustable force and high speeds. This module is controlled via digital I/O for easy adjustment and integration into existing handling and positioning systems, including general assembly automation, automotive and watch manufacturing, healthcare cosmetics and packaging applications. The GE-25-P Series offers two-stage gripping force from 20N up to 40N. The high number of cycles per minute optimizes productivity with closing/opening times of 0.09 seconds. This product line includes play-free, pre-clamped crossed roller slides for precise and all but constant force grip along the entire permissible finger length.
