The Aventics SGE-40-P-IOL Series Smart Electric Gripper features integrated controller electronics, with an IO-Link interface for pre-positioning and remote monitoring of gripper status. This design allows for dynamic adjustability between the four tiers of gripping force from 35N up to 140N, with FastGrip and SoftGrip modes. Up to 8 different workpieces can be gripped by this product line, with precise handling thanks to constant force over the module's entire permissible finger length. The SGE-40-P-IOL Series utilizes food-grade compliant lubrication, making this gripper ideal not only for the food industry, but for use in medical technologies, laboratory automation and pharmaceutical applications.
