The Aventics UG Series Universal Gripper is designed to help facilitate reliable gripping and lifting of a wide range of objects in automated handling systems, with +/- 0.02mm repeat accuracy. This gripper line is compact and lightweight for easy integration. The third sensor allows for part recognition, and when paired with other modules can be configured as part of a pick-and-place station. Cylinder diameter ranges from 20 to 25mm, with an attachment grid from 20 to 30mm. Opening and closing gripping forces are available up to 407N, and 366N respectively (dependent on configuration).
