Stroke lengths are incremental from 50 to 500mm, with a maximum speed of 3.2m/s. This is a vertical module featuring a robust boom system, with the ES30 stiff gantry module rated for peak force up to 255N. The ES20 variant offers a lightweight variant for high dynamics. Accuracy is within 0.05mm, which can be further refined down to .02mm with an external path measuring system. The EPS midi YZ Series is a highly versatile, compact electric actuation solution that easily integrates into existing systems.
