Description
The Aventics IRG1-D Series Phase Angle Controller is utilized for stepless control of inductive loads, including bowl feeders and linear feeders. This series permits operation of vibratory feeders with a vibration frequency up to 120Hz, with full or half-wave operation available. Smooth, jerk-free starts and stops can be triggered from the mains switch or the control input. Activating or deactivating the unit can also occur via PLC through an enable input (24 VDC signal or potential-free contact). The IRG1-D Series controller modules offer consistent, precise control over various feeding applications, and easy integration into existing systems.
