Description
The Aventics KLF5-KLF25 Series Linear Feeder are designed for the removal of parts from upstream machines, or feed parts to downstream machinery. They are designed to operate with a controller, and can be fitted to individual feeding units or into more complex assembly systems. The feeder operates off of asynchronous oscillation, with a magnet system horizontally installed between the two oscillating pieces of the unit. Each of the oscillating components can work as working weight or a counterweight. It is also possible to operate both oscillating parts as working weight. Due to this adjustability in weights, free oscillating forces can be largely eliminated directly in-unit. The KLF5-KLF25 Series Linear Feeders offer a range of advanced functionality, with precise control and high productivity.
