The SICK InspectorP Rack Fine Positioning Series Machine Vision Camera is a flexible vision sensor that guides fine positioning of stacker cranes, and other automated storage and retrieval systems, in X and Y axes. Measurement ranges up to 1950mm allow for double-deep racking using the same sensor. Racks are reliably located using drilled holes or reflectors, even with contaminants such as stains or reflections. The InspectorP Rack Fine Positioning Series is centered around a plug-and-play design with pre-assembled illumination, pre-focused optics and pre-installed software.
