The SICK EcoLine Series Wire Draw Encoder offers a slim solution well suited for application with limited installation space. The 0.55cm thin, coated measuring wire combined with advanced mechanics ensure high linearity and repeatability. The specialized nozzle offers vibration protections for the measuring wire, increasing service life. Measuring lengths from 1.25m, up to 10m are available depending on the configuration. The modularity of this product line offers high flexibility to meet specific application needs, with compatibility across an extensive range of communication interfaces, including IO-Link, CANopen, PROFINET, SSI, and analog interfaces. The integrated spring in the measurement drum furthers the high precision output of this modular encoder.
