Description

The SICK DKV60 Series Encoder is a durable, high-performance incremental encoder designed for precise position and speed measurement directly on conveyor belts and rollers in demanding industrial environments. This compact, pre-assembled system features a 200 or 210mm circumference measuring wheel with a universal mounting bracket and integrated cable guide for quick installation in confined spaces. High resolution down to 0.015 pulses/mm.

The DKV60 Series is configurable with a range of electrical interfaces including TTL/RS-422, HTL/Push Pull, and Open Collector NPN. Supply voltages from 4.5 to 30V (dependent on model). Built to withstand harsh environments, this encoder can reliably operate across a wide range of temperatures, from -35 to 95°C. The measuring wheel is available with knurl or O-ring surfaces. The DKV60's universal cable outlet enables kink-free radial or axial connection.
