The SICK A3M60 Series Encoder is an absolute, multi-turn encoder, with a PROFIBUS communication interface. Magnetic scanning with single and multi-turn detection methods permits high accuracy in harsh environments, with up to 31 bits resolution. The A3M60 Series mechanical interfaces include: face mount flange, servo flange, and blind hollow shaft. The gearless, multi-turn detection style reduces moving components, minimizing maintenance expenses and extending overall service life. The A3M60 is housed in a 60mm enclosure with up to an IP67 rating, offering flexibility for applications with limited installation space.
