The SICK Standstill Monitor is a drive monitoring system built to reduce the likelihood of dangerous machine movements through tracking of machine speeds. This product family also tracks residual voltage, eliminating the need for additional sensors. This configuration makes the Standstill Monitor suitable for speed drive measurement of single-phase, three-phase and direct current motors, with three different voltage ratings available to select from. These models include 3 N/O, 1 N/C positively guided contacts, and 2 diagnostic outputs for semiconductors. The Speed Monitor can be connected with all SICK safety controller series.
