The SICK Flexi Classic Series Safety Controller is a modular design easily configured to various application needs without the the use of software. Logic settings are adjustable via rotary switches integrated directly onto modules. The Flexi Classic configurator tool can be utilized as an aid in the generation of a wiring diagram for the application, in addition to providing secondary logic adjustment. Relay, IO-Link and gateway models are available. Gateway variants feature an internal bus interface to transmit diagnostic data via PROFINET, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS DP, CANopen, or DeviceNet (select models available on request). These versatile, high-performing controllers offer safety levels guaranteed to PL e, SIL 3 standards. The Flexi Classic series integrates safe series connections via SICK Flexi Loop technology.
