The Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J5 LM-H3 Series Linear Servo Motor Primary Side is the coil section of a core-type magnetic synchronous motor. This product line is built to operate at a maximum of 3 meters per second. The LM-H3 Series is thus suited to high speed, high acceleration/deceleration applications such as mounters, wafer cleaning systems, FPD assembly machines, and material handling. Continuous thrust is available up to 960N, with maximum thrust up to 2400N(depending on model). The compact design permits easy integration into applications where space is a premium.
