The Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J5 Series Converter Style Servo Amplifier is a converter separate type servo amplifier, that when combined with an MR-CV_4 power regeneration converter unit, can form an energy-saving servo system. This line offers 1-, 2- or 3-axes, with high-speed and accuracy. Ethernet-based CC-Link IE TSN or EtherCAT connection interfaces are available for advanced motion control. This permits large capacity, high-speed communication up to 1 Gbps. This model series features a minimum communication cycle of 31.25μs (TSN Class B), up to 500μs (TSN Class A), with a speed frequency response of 3.5kHz. 

The MR-J5D Series supports the following servo functionality: advanced vibration suppression control II; adaptive filter II; robust filter; quick tuning; auto tuning; one-touch tuning; tough drive function; drive recorder function; machine diagnosis function including failure prediction; power monitoring function; lost motion compensation function; scale measurement function; super trace control; continuous operation to torque control mode; driver communication function.
