Description

The Mitsubishi FR-D700 Series Micro Variable Frequency Drive offers powerful motor control with 1/8 to 10HP capacities. The integrated digital setting dial and display enables fast configuration, with streamlined control options for both local and remote operation. The FR-D700 Series is RoHS compliant, with a 10-year maintenance-free design and 5 year warranty. Units can operate reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from -10 to 50°C. Standard MODBUS RTU communication via the RJ45 port provides seamless network integration. Each unit included an integrated safety stop function that meets EN954-1 Category 3 and IEC60204-1 Stop Category 0 standards, along with password protection for parameter settings.

The FR-D700 series 150% starting torque at 1Hz, and 200% at 3Hz, making it well equipped for demanding, low-speed applications. The drive offers flexible control methods with an output frequency range of 0.2 to 400Hz, while optimum excitation control automatically reduces energy consumption when the motor is not loaded, reducing operation costs. Advanced features include a frequency search function that intelligently 'catches' spinning loads, and dancer control for precise roll tension. The FR-D700 Series protective functions guard against overcurrent, overvoltage, and thermal issues. The drive stores the past 8 fault events for rapid troubleshooting.
